Order Management, Customer Service Representative (DACH)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal | Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid

Were looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) fluent in German and English to join our Healthcare Solutions (HCS) Order Management team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and enjoy working cross-functionally, this role is for you.

What Youll Do
Process medical product orders via prescriptions using the Kumavision ERP system
Manage the full order lifecyclefrom entry to delivery
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Warehousing, Billing, and Contract Management teams
Ensure data accuracy and resolve order or billing issues with professionalism
Support healthcare customers directly and ensure a seamless experience
Identify and drive process improvements and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Assist with cross-functional initiatives and support team members as needed

What You Bring
2 years of experience in customer service or operations
Native-level German (or C2) and strong English (B2)
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (Kumavision, Oracle) is a plus
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Legal eligibility to work in the EU and openness to occasional travel
